The NexGen Navigators program empowers Black undergraduate students with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to excel academically, develop financial literacy, and cultivate leadership abilities. We are committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where students can thrive, reach their full potential, and become influential leaders in their communities and beyond.

  The Black Undergraduate Institute for Leadership Development (BUILD) is a five-week educational program that explores how self-discovery directly impacts academic success and career readiness. Participants will engage in individual and team-based activities focusing on independent research, effective communication, and practical application.
